“In my artistic work, I explore essential polarities in our lives. My particular way of thinking and perceiving, my neurodivergence, significantly influences this process. I study light and shadow, color and non-color, stillness and movement. The respective poles are the inseparably connected ends of the same spectrum.
My paintings are reflections of polarities – including my own.
In calm times, I create dynamic works that channel all my energy and longing for urban life. When my life is turned upside down, I seek balance and peace in art and create tranquil, nature-inspired paintings.
In this way, my art becomes a witness to my moods and feelings. The interplay between inner attitude and outer expression is vital to me.
They manifest themselves organically and intuitively on the canvas, while I simultaneously explore the new and the unexpected. This creative journey of discovery is a continuous interplay with polarities that both enriches and challenges me. Art thus becomes the arena for my constant development and refinement of my skills.
My artistic goal: to use my art to build momentum in other people’s lives.
